Custom Built Trailer

While mobility and affordability are our two main goals, safety is our priority at Cozy Rollers. We have designed a customized trailer that no only provides our house with extra square footage but it also provides our homes’ walls with a sturdy foundation.

We also have about three inches of spray foam insulation all around the house and on the roof to ensure comfort in any weather condition.

Take your Cozy Roller with you anywhere. With the option to get your Cozy RV Certified, you can stay at any RV Park that allows non-traditional RVs.  You can also park your Cozy at any national forest at no fee for up to 16 consecutive days, and then you must move it at least 5 miles away. Follow our blogs for updates on places we find to park our Cozy!

Very smooth! Our homes are only 5,000 lbs., which is very lightweight for a tiny house. The slanted roof and shape of our homes make us very aerodynamic, which helps out when towing them from place to place. From our personal travels, we are able to travel at an average speed of 70 MPH.

The Laveo Dry Flush Toilet is similar to a Diaper Genie. It is a bagging system that dispose of your waste by twisting it up and vacuum sealing it into a bag. Once you go through all of your bags, the toilet will double bag all the waste into a regular, black trash bag that you can dispose of at any regular dump. Refill, and you’re good to go again!

Our Cozy Rollers require water and electric hookups. Our water is hooked up with a regular drinking water hose and the grey water drips into a tank under our home, just like a RV. Our three burner stove uses propane and everything else is powered by electricity. Our toilets are dry flush, requiring only a trash can when you are ready to empty it.

Yes! To make our tiny homes as mobile as possible, we have built it directly on top of a custom built trailer (pictured above). We have designed our trailer to have a 4 ft. high metal railing above the floor to ensure a sturdy structure for our homes. Our trailers have two 3,500 lbs. axels, which give them a maximum weight occupancy of 7,000 lbs.

We offer the option to get your Cozy Roller RV Certified through Pacific West Association for an additional $2,000. This certification means that you abided by RV Building Codes and are therefore considered a Recreational Vehicle. If you are planning on moving your Cozy Roller often, the biggest advantage of getting your home certified is being able to find places to park it and have hookups.
